• KWI reports 100% job placement for Certified Pipe Welder graduates in 2024 and 2025. This statement applies only to that program and reporting period. It does not guarantee employment for any individual student.
• The $80,000+ figure shown on this site is published earning potential. It is not an average, median, guaranteed starting salary, or promise of first-year earnings.
• Earnings vary by employer, location, experience, certifications, work schedule, overtime, travel, economic conditions, and available work.
• National pay and employment figures on the Careers page come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. They describe the occupation nationwide and are not KWI graduate outcomes.

Certifications and instruction

• The 28+ figure describes certifications and credentials available through the Certified Pipe Welder program. A student must complete the applicable training and testing requirements to earn each credential.
• The published 15:1 student-to-teacher ratio describes KWI's instructional model. Staffing and class size can change by cohort.

Program costs and schedules

Program lengths, costs, included supplies, housing costs, start dates, and certification requirements can change. Confirm current terms directly with admissions before making an enrollment or financial decision.
