How housing is assigned

To secure a slot, students submit a $675 deposit and a signed housing agreement for their chosen option. KWI staff assign rooms — students do not choose their specific room or unit.

Roommate suggestions are accepted, but housing is first come, first served and no promises can be made.

All KWI housing is strictly drug and alcohol free. Violations result in immediate removal from housing.
