KWI understands the frustration of finding the skilled labor needed for the welding industry. Round tabling with industry leaders, KWI has integrated concepts from QC’s, foremen, superintendents, and project managers and developed an academic curriculum and intense hands-on training program that delivers not just skilled welders, but great employees. KWI graduates come complete with NCCER craft certifications, OSHA 10 and/or 30 Safety Cards, and AWS welding certifications. At your request, KWI will share with you graduate attendance records, academic performance, and we randomly drug test our students knowing it’s the second test they’ll have to pass for contractors, business, and industry.
